DESCRIPTION:Come learn more about “one of the most flexible and rewarding volunteer gigs in town.” Volunteering as a Neighbor Ride driver is an incredibly easy way to make a difference in the lives of the older adults we serve. By providing just a couple of rides a month for medical appointments\, shopping\, social outings\, faith services\, and other needs\, our volunteers help local seniors remain independent\, healthy\, and connected to the community. NO SET SCHEDULE is required. Volunteers simply use our web-based Ride Match platform to choose trips that are convenient to their homes\, offices and daily routines.
