Neighbor Ride’s office volunteers (RC’s) are amazing! They are on the phones everyday, keeping everything running smoothly between drivers and clients. In an average year they field 15,000 phone calls, and work a combined total of 2,496 hours! We could never thank them enough for their selfless service.

RIDE MATCH – DID YOU KNOW?
- If you are unable to accept a ride from the pending ride screen. Please check that you can view the View Accept buttons on the far right of the screen. If unable to view, reduce your screen size so that the whole page fits on your screen.
- If you are not receiving any ride emails from us, please give us a call. If you are receiving the Last Resort/All Call emails but not your confirmation emails, please check your spam/junk and trash folders.
- It’s vacation season, If you are away, please put your dates in the portal so we don’t contact you on vacation. Click on Schedule, Click Add Row, enter your dates, and click Add Row button.
