VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION MONTH
April is Volunteer Appreciation Month and we want to send a huge THANK YOU out to all of our Volunteer Drivers and Ride Coordinators who day in and day out do the work of Neighbor Ride. Whether it is providing a ride, making a delivery, or handling the countless phone calls received here at the office, you provide the caring support our seniors need to remain healthy, independent, and connected to our community. We salute you!!!
Be sure to watch for our road signs when you are out and about!!

Their generous sponsorship supports our Volunteer Appreciation Month activities, as well as the cost of volunteer onboarding – including background checks, volunteer lanyards, and orientation materials used throughout the year.

To avoid crowding, tickets will be limited this year. Be sure to get yours before we sell out!
Ride Coordinators Needed
Our Ride Coordinators are an integral part of Neighbor Ride’s operations – answering the phone, entering all ride requests, matching volunteers with rides, and providing project support to the staff. If you are comfortable with the computer and enjoy talking with folks, we would love to have you join our team. We have a weekly 4 hour Friday shift and substitute opportunities available.
Please reach out to Patrice or Andrew at volunteer@neighborride.org or (410) 884-7433 if you are interested.
Welcome New Volunteers!
